Michael Shaughnessy

Michael Shaughnessy, MBA, is a senior executive, retired Air Force officer and combat leader. He has over 30 years’ experience in investing, real estate, and business.
He has significant experience in single family homes, is a partner in a group that owns a 60-unit complex in Atlanta, GA, and General Partner on a recently acquired 16-unit complex in Tennessee. He received his MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Bernie Leas

Bernie Leas, MBA, has extensive experience running high-performing teams at scale, and has successfully managed multi-million-dollar operations globally.  He also has two profitable single-family investment properties in Indianapolis, IN, a partner in a group that owns a 60-unit complex in Atlanta, GA, and General Partner on a recently acquired 16-unit complex in Tennessee.  Bernie and his family reside in Idaho.

Gino Barbaro

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1600 multifamily units and is teaching others how to do the same. Gino is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, a multifamily real estate education company that offers coaching and training in real estate founded upon their proprietary framework of Buy Right, Manage Right & Finance Right. 

Annie Dickerson

Annie Dickerson, co-founder and COO at Goodegg Investments, has invested in multifamily real estate since 2008. Her current portfolio spans multiple markets around the country and includes both active and passive investments. Annie specializes in strategic brand initiatives, investor education, and marketing.

Annie is a co-creator of the Real Estate Accelerator Mentorship Program and the Passive Real Estate Investor Academy, co-host of the Life and Money Show podcast, and co-author of the book Investing For Good: How To Build Wealth While Also Making An Impact. Annie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Oakland, CA, with her husband and two boys.

Julie Lam

Julie Lam, co-founder and CEO of Goodegg Investments, has been investing in real estate since 2009. During that time, she has focused mostly on buy-and-hold rentals, private lending, passive investing through real estate syndications, and active multifamily investing. She has focused on implementing strategic methods to grow her wealth using various alternative investment strategies that have allowed her to leverage money and time so that she can spend more time with her 3 children.

Prior to transitioning full time to real estate, Julie most recently spent over 7 years working in Silicon Valley at one of the most prestigious law firms in the world. She received her B.A. in Technical and Professional Writing from San Francisco State University and also attended law school in San Francisco, CA.
